When I posted about my Add-ins for last month, this serum was the product most people were asking me about or were most interested in seeing more of. So here we are!
✨
For ingredients, this has Wild Yam Root Extract as a key ingredient that is supposed to be good for soothing and moisturizing the skin. It also has various extracts as key ingredients to provide antioxidants, defend against environmental stressors, and boost radiance. This also has added fragrance, but I haven't noticed much of a scent when I use it personally.
✨
It has a nice milky texture, something I have come to love more and more for the hydrating products in my routine. I have been using it most mornings before my Azelaic Acid or moisturizer. An antioxidant serum is not something I turn to when I’m looking for crazy visible results. But it is something nice to have in my routine for the long term health and strength of my skin. More immediate is the hydrating benefit. If I have a hydrating serum in my routine, I do like having something like this that has other benefits (antioxidants, soothing, moisture, etc.).
✨
I do find that this adequately hydrates my skin and gives me a nice supple glow (due to my skin being properly hydrated). I don’t know if I have noticed any soothing from this. But then again, I don’t usually have any sensitivity issues.
✨
I think it’s good! For the effects, I don’t think it is a product that is entirely necessary for everyone (especially for $49), but it does a nice job of making my skin look healthier on top of its antioxidant benefits. It is a welcome addition to my morning routines. If you have any other questions, let me know!
