I lost 70 pounds in 9 months and running played a huge role in my success. I started the 75 Hard Challenge in May 2023 and completed 116 days. In July/August 2023 I incorporated running and strength training into my workout routines. Since that time I’ve trained for and completed several half marathons, 10k, 10 milers, 5ks and I’m currently training for my first half marathon!
