At the end of the day, I think I'm going to give the overall win to the Reebok Nano X4.

Don't get me wrong. Both of these shoes can work and they each have their lists of pros and cons, but the Nano just feels more versatile.

The Metcon 9 is great for lifting but with its heavy upper construction and TPU heel plate, it lacks the range it used to have in the gym.
